U.S. shipping is available. Please note that shipping fees are higher due to import tariffs, duties, brokerage, and cross-border processing fees that must now be paid upfront by the seller when shipping internationally from Canada. Shipping rates reflect these additional carrier and customs-related costs.
All orders are handcrafted in Vancouver, Canada. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for made-to-order sets to be completed before shipment. As each set is individually designed, painted, and assembled by Janet alone, processing times may vary depending on current order volume and artistic complexity.
Please allow additional processing time during Canadian statutory holidays and peak seasonal periods.

Rush Processing
A Rush Processing upgrade may be selected at checkout for clients requiring completion within approximately 2 weeks (shipping time not included).
Please note:
• Only one Rush Processing fee is required per order.
• Orders containing multiple made-to-order sets will be shipped altogether in 1 shipment.
• Orders containing more than 3 sets will automatically extend Rush Processing timelines to approximately 3 weeks due to production volume and detailing requirements.

Janetznails is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities upon delivery.
For U.S. orders, shipping rates have already been adjusted to partially account for the increased export, tariff, and cross-border processing fees associated with shipping from Canada to the United States.
Please note that any additional customs charges required for a parcel to be released by customs upon arrival remain the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding and support.
No refunds nor exchanges are possible after purchase. That includes your package being lost in transit. Once your order has been dropped off to our designated shipping partner facility, with proof it has been confirmed scanned in by them, including a shipping update that has a tracking number, it is out of our hands if it is lost along the way to your destination.
Please keep track of your package, and if it seems that there has been no shipping updates for a few days please contact your local mail carrier directly to submit a lost package request/ticket.
No, all sales are final, please double check your measurements and follow the measuring instructions exactly as mentioned. For measuring, it is the widest part of your nail beds, and only use tape and place the tape on a ruler to measure. We ship globally to most destinations around the world. All shipping includes a tracking number.

In your prep kit, you are provided with two options of application; sticky tabs or nail glue.
1. Sticky tabs will provide an ease of application and removal but will be
easier to come off. Tabs are recommended if you are using them for a special occasion, or a short duration of time of approximately 3 days - 1 week. This method provides higher reusability of approximately 4-5 times or more if you are gentle with removing them.
2. Nail glue, while a more durable option that can last 1-2 weeks of retention, will require more care in removing them from your nails, which would involve a soak off in warm water and oil. If you try to soak them off with acetone, it
will melt the product and the tips so do not soak off with acetone.
If the curvature of the press on nail does not fit your nail bed, you may try applying tabs on the nails and dabbling the border of each tab with nail glue. This method should allow a better fit, and will be less difficult to remove as opposed to only using nail glue.

Once it has been shipped out with our shipping partner, we are unable to assist with locating your order as it is out of our control if your local postal service has lost your order.
All packages 'With Tracking' we will attempt to get in touch with the postal service if the package has not been marked delivered after a reasonable amount of shipping time. Your tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been marked fulfilled.
Everything is final sale, there is no refunds and no store credit.
Yes, please select Rush 2-Week Processing at checkout, this does not include shipping time. Normal processing time is 3-4 weeks. If your order has more than one set, please account for additional time but I will make sure your order is prioritized. However, for shipping time there is no guarantee on exactly how many days it will arrive to you. For United States orders, as customs has been delaying packages longer than usual from Canada, please expect additional time for it to arrive.
